Pipeline Operator

Our client, a major oil and gas transportation company, is currently seeking a Pipeline Operator to join their busy Operations team in the Sturgeon County, Alberta area.  The Pipeline operator will operate pipeline assets including, but not limited to, valve manifolds, pig launchers and receivers, compressor stations, dehydration units, amine process plants, and control and pump stations.  The shift will be 4/3 to start and transition to an 8/6, 10 hours a day with on call responsibilities.  Candidates need to reside within 60kms of Sturgeon County.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Take samples and perform routine grind outs to measure sediment and water content and determine quality.


• Perform tank gauging to measure tank contents and account for product stored and product moved into and out of tanks.
