PIM-PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

The candidate must have the following knowledge in: ​

- Support line operations as a BUL at the corresponding area like TRIM, CHASSIS and FINAL.​

- Active participation with corporation related to Quality commitments assigned to the assy plant. ​

- Main participation on the WO, CI & CX domain fundamentals attacking Quality and Manufacturing commitments in the floor.​

- Support the Continuous Improvement Domain Lead for SPW.​

Develop new error and mistake profing to prevent defects, Develop kaizen projects in order to reduce the cost of manufacturing, Scrap Control for the lines assigned, accomplish the target of KPI TREE, Define the standards that permit to apply constantly the solutions identified, Ensure the correct comply of the manufacturing indicators like JPH, Scrap, I status and downtimes supporting all the time to the process, correct application of the Quality Internal & External KPI, like FTC, FTQ out, CFA, VLO and 1MIS on warr...
