Must Have

• Pilates instructor background (certified instructor)

• Native-level English (spoken and written)

• Warm, empathetic personality - you genuinely care about people

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with video calls and online communication

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
