Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and professional
Reformer Pilates Instructor
to join our studio and deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging Pilates sessions. The instructor will be responsible for leading reformer-based classes, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring a positive and motivating experience for clients of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group and private
  Reformer Pilates classes
  using professional equipment
• Modify exercises to accommodate beginners, advanced clients, and those with injuries or limitations
• Maintain correct alignment, cueing, and form to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Build strong client relationships and create a welcoming studio environment
• Maintain studio standards for cleanliness, equipment care, and professionalism
• Arrive prepared, on time, and uphold consistent class quality
