Picker/Packer Executive

Job description

A picker packer's job is to pick items from a warehouse, pack them, and prepare them for shipping or delivery. They may also be responsible for transporting the products. 

Here are some of the responsibilities of a picker packer:

· Picking : Using customer orders, find the items in the warehouse and pick them up. Check that the quantity and color of the items match the order. 

· Packing : Wrap and cushion the items, and put them into boxes. Ensure the boxes are labeled with the order number, quantity, and product details. 

· Updating the order system : Use software to indicate that the order has been fulfilled and is ready to be shipped. 

· Keeping the work area clean : Remove excess items and wrappers after packing to avoid mixing up products.
