Warehouse Picker / Packer - Temp to Perm Location: Wickford, SS11 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Picker / Packer to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Wickford (SS11). This role involves working across multiple departments to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing orders using picking lists and location codes Weighing, counting, labelling, and checking stock Packing and palletising goods ready for dispatch Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse Identifying and reporting stock location errors Stripping pallets and completing general warehouse duties Communicating effectively with other departments Supporting multiple departments as required Essential Requirements: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Physically fit able to lift boxes up to 25kg Comfortable using ladders...
