Our client is seeking an Occupational Disease Paralegal to join its Claimant Personal Injury team in Newcastle.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team with a strong reputation for the quality of its work, particularly in the field of serious injury claims. Although the firm has a strong regional presence, it acts for injured clients across the country.


The Role

You will join the Occupational Disease team, assisting on claimant matters involving military noise damage claims.


Key duties will include:

  • Assisting with case preparation from the outset through to the issuing of Court proceedings

  • Requesting, collating and reviewing documentary evidence, including detailed review of medical records

  • Assisting with the instruction of Counsel and expert witnesses, and liaising with other professionals
