Python Programmer (Odoo)
We're looking for a Python Programmer with hands-on experience in Odoo development to support customization, module development, integrations, and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and customize Odoo modules (backend + basic frontend)
* Build/maintain integrations (API, third-party systems)
* ** Maintain and support Odoo platforms for multiple clients*
* ** Monitor and optimize performance on (database performance, resource usage, response times)*
* Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and deployment support
* Work closely with functional/ops team to translate requirements into solutions
Requirements:
* Strong Python + Odoo (ORM, models, views, workflows, security rules)
* Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs
* Experience with platform management and monitoring
* Familiar with Git, Linux environment
* Bonus: OWL/JS, Docker, CI/CD
