Status: Casual Part - time
Hours : 8 hrs/week
In this role you will:
Provide assistance to supervising Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists for treatment of Senior Wellness residentsAssist PT's/OT's in performing various components of the resident's treatment planPerform various treatments as prescribed and directed by the supervising PhysiotherapistMay conduct exercise classesSet up, prepare, and maintain equipment, and clean up after resident's treatments (such as hot packs, ice, electrical modalities)Ensure that the gym and treatment area, if applicable, are safe and tidyMaintain regular ongoing communication with the PT/OT regarding any changes or concerns about a resident's status or treatment interventionsComplete Daily Treatment Records as directed by the PT/OT Successful applicants will possess:
