As part of ourinterdisciplinary care team , you will play a key role in supporting patients to improve their health through movement, physical activity, and sustainable behaviour change. This is avirtual, part-time position withflexible scheduling .

• Provide1:1 virtual physiotherapy consultations to patients enrolled in our 12-weekBetter HealthPrograms
