Physiotherapist II (Redwater)

Overview

Redwater Healthcare Centre is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist II to deliver rural generalist physiotherapy services across acute care, continuing care, and supportive living settings. The role will be based at the Redwater Healthcare Centre, Radway Continuing Care, and Diamond Springs Lodge Brain Injury Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate physiotherapy and allied health services, including supervision of students and team members.
• Provide independent and interdisciplinary clinical care; make day‑to‑day decisions on assessment, intervention, discharge, and follow‑up.
• Offer clinical leadership, evidence‑based practice, and guidance on complex cases to other healthcare professionals.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned service area, monitor care delivery, identify service needs, assist with caseload management, conduct chart audits, and give follow‑up and feedback to staff.
