Job Description:
1. Conduct assessments of patient's physical conditions and establish treatment goals.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and physician referrals.
3. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
4. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to facilitate recovery and prevent recurrence.
5. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to coordinate patient care effectively.
7. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
8. To undertake registration and billing of patients.
