SE Health is hiring a Physiotherapist for its acute care programs at Cortellucci Hospital in Vaughan. This full-time temporary role involves managing patient treatments and assessments.
You will provide comprehensive patient management, from assessment to consultation and treatment follow-up as a Physiotherapist with SE Health. Collaboration with therapy assistants and an interdisciplinary team is crucial in this role, alongside the ability to work flexible hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments
• Set and recommend individualized treatment goals
• Implement patient-centered, goal-oriented treatment programs
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program
• Good standing member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Recent experience in rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be adaptable to new technology
