Job Description
To provide efficient administrative support for the HODs and other employees, assisting in informing new employees of human resource policies and programmes as needed. Performs a variety of responsible and complex technical and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programmes including recruitment, licensing, health insurance, employee relations, training and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the required documentation such as Labour Visa, EID, DOH license (if applicable) is obtained and processed prior to the new employee’s joining date.
- Obtain all joining documents filled by the employee, collect all credentials, create a proper employee file on the joining date, and update all details in the Oracle system.
- Introduce new employees to all facility HODs, conduct facility tours, and schedule the initial departmental orientation training with relevant HODs.
