Enhance patient care as a Physiotherapist at the Cranbrook Urgent and Primary Care Centre. Collaborate with a team to address mobility and pain issues in a rewarding environment.
This role offers a 0.80 FTE position from Tuesday to Friday, working 08:30 to 16:30. As part of the interprofessional team, you'll support patients dealing with acute musculoskeletal conditions, help manage recovery, and reduce unnecessary emergency visits. Your expertise will improve mobility and promote self-management for better patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments for musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide targeted physiotherapy interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on treatment plans
• Support patients in self-management and recovery
• Promote safe movement and functional improvement
Requirements:
• Relevant physiotherapy degree and license
• Experience in acute and sub-acute care
• Strong collaboration skills with healthcare teams
