Job Description

Responsible for providing safe, effective, evidence-based, and comprehensive physiotherapy services.

Responsibilities

• Managerial: Work in an interdisciplinary manner, communicating with, and collaborating alongside physiotherapy colleagues and other healthcare staff where combined treatment and/or management is indicated.
• Supervising junior staff and ensuring their adherence to ongoing policies and procedures as applied and implemented in the Section/Department/Facility.
• Maintaining sufficient inventory of material supplies and equipment for performance of duties.
• Reporting shortages of materials to the supervisor at earliest convenience, ordering and approving replenishments when necessary.
• Deputizing for Senior Physiotherapist if requested.
