Job Description

• Time will be dedicated to support of the NP according to what the NP requires such as co‑seeing patients, Quality Improvement (QI) work and will evolve as the relationship develops.
• Walk in patient care as required or same day type appointment if no NP is available or if support for the NP is required.
• Attend to urgent patient chart reviews or urgent patient consults within 7 days of receipt. All others should be completed within 3 weeks
• See NP‑consulted patients if required.
• Follow up with the consulting NP as required for QI/education.
