Reporting To: Deputy Chief Medical Officer (or designate)


The Physician Project Lead of UCC Development Regina will function collaboratively with UCC Regina project team members to:

  • Assist with strategic advisement and operational decision-making for Regina UCC, including the staffing model.
  • Guide the development of the UCC in Regina from conception to design to operational readiness.
  • Co-lead advisory committees related to UCC Regina.
  • Represent and communicate project and operational issues/goals to operational and clinical leaders, clinicians, and Ministry representatives.
  • Lead, promote, and effectively articulate to frontline physicians and clinicians the vision of the Regina UCC programs/services and how the UCC will influence and improve safe, quality client care.
  • Participate in, support, and lead physician engagement initiatives.
