Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner - Trenton, NJ (Onsite)

This position offers a short-term contract opportunity for a healthcare professional to provide family medicine care in an underserved community setting. Located in Trenton, NJ, the role involves working Monday through Friday with a half-day Saturday rotation every six weeks. The provider will be part of a team-based model, managing a patient volume of 18–20 patients per day.

Position Type: Contract (W2) - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $80.00 Per HR

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience in community health or FQHC preferred
• Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
• Existing Medicaid, Medicare, and MCO credentialing required or strongly preferred
• Comfortable with adult and pediatric panels
• Experience with basic women's health procedures
