Physical Therapy Assistant - Per Diem

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Physical Therapist - Per Diem - Physical & Speech Therapy - Per Diem - Monday - Friday with Alternat.

In this role, the successful candidate Treats inpatients under the supervision of a New York State licensed Physical Therapist. Documents the daily treatment provided, the response to treatment and education provided regarding disease process. The Physical Therapy Assistant is able to use all physical therapy modalities with emphasis on therex, transfer, balance and gait training.

Follows treatment plan as outlined by primary physical therapist.

Observes, records and reports to the therapist the conditions, reactions and response to assigned duties.
