UNC Health Caldwell is seeking a per diem **Physical Therapist Assistant** to join our Acute Care team. In this role, you will provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients based on evaluations, treatment plans, and goals established by the supervising Physical Therapist. The PTA will monitor patient progress, modify and advance treatment interventions as appropriate, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities also include assisting with discharge planning, patient and family education, and promoting a safe and effective transition to the next level of care.
