Location:Various locations across AlbertaPhysicalTherapy Assistants (PTAs) work under the supervision of licensed physical
therapists to implement treatment plans and assist patients in rehabilitation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by physical therapists.
  • Help patients with exercises, stretches, and rehabilitation activities.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising therapist.
  • Educate patients on exercises and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe
    treatment environment.
