Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Bachelor's or Doctoral degrees acceptable if accredited and APTA-approved.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred; must be able to work in patient homes and community settings.
