Physical Therapist (PT)

AvaMed Workforce is a Healthcare Staffing Agency that staffs all of California State Correctional Facilities. At the moment we are in URGENT need of a Physical Therapist to take on a Part-Time assignment at the correctional facility located in Lancaster , CA.
Position Details:
20 Hours per week
Location: Lancaster , CA
Schedule: Any 2 days a Week 10 hour Shifts
(Orientation 2 weeks , must be flexible)
Rate: $85/hr
Status: 1099/independent Contractor

Under the direction of the Institution designee, the Temporary/Relief Physical Therapist duties/responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
