**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**
Renders Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment procedures and techniques appropriate to the needs of individual patient. Assesses, treats, and cares for patients of all ages.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**
+ Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.
+ Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, Physical Therapy license in the state of employment must be obtained within three (3) mon...
