**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**
Responsible for evaluating the physical therapy needs of assigned patients, for formulating and implementing treatment programs, and for monitoring patient progress.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**
+ Must be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, or hold an active Pennsylvania Temporary License, or be practicing under an active PT Compact privilege in accordance with state law.
