Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB POSITION:
The primary purpose of the position is providing and directing physical therapy services to adult and/or geriatric patients in a skilled nursing setting.

• Provides physical therapy services to patients and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Rehabilitation Department Procedures.

Requirements:
- Current RI PT license
- The ability to oversee and guide support personnel
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment with the IDT
- Current knowledge of state and federal regulations and billing practices
