Physical Therapist – Hybrid Position (SNF) - 2 to 3 days in Person a week
We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a hybrid role serving residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This flexible opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to combine the benefits of in-person patient care with the convenience of telehealth practice.
Position Details:
•Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days on-site; remaining days remote via telehealth
•Patient population: Skilled Nursing Facility residents, short-term rehab and long-term care
•Employment type: Full-time or part-time considered
