Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a **Physical Therapist** for our client in **Hot Springs, AR** !
**Type:** 3 + months, with potential for extension
**Pay Range:** $57 to $59/hr
**Location:** Coverage areas: Malvern/Hot Springs AR
**Schedule:** 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday
· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
**Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:**
· Conduct PT evaluations and assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes.
· Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state regulations, evidence-based practices, and agency policies.
· Monitor patient progress, document visits and outcomes, and communicate changes in condition to the care team.
