FLOAT POOL-

Incentive Pay Rate- Unique float position with opportunity to work across all Saint Francis locations: Outpatient, IP Rehab, and Acute Care. Experience in outpatient preferred. 

Schedule: 40 hours/week Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts. The person would have to be able to cover in Muskogee and/or Vinita when needed.

Job Summary: Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment, progressing patient treatment as appropriate, and carrying patient load that reflects productivity standards. Evaluates patients accurately. Plans appropriate treatment. Sets and meets functional goals. Revises and progresses treatment program as goals are met. Provides instruction (teaching) to patients and/or family members, as well as other healthcare providers.
