Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a **Physical Therapist** (PT) interested in a home health **13-Week, Full-Time Contract** in Catawba County in North Carolina. Additional details of the contract are below:

**Location** **: North Carolina**

**Pay Rate** **(Local): $60-$61 /hr**

**Total Travel Package** **: $2,526.00/week gross**

**Schedule** **:**

+ Monday–Friday
+ 40 hours per week
+ Shift Options (8-hour shifts):
+ 8:00am – 4:30pm
+ No weekends, no on-call
+ Mileage reimbursement

**Duration** **: 13 Weeks (Start Date: ASAP)**

**Minimum Experience & Certifications** **:**

+ Minimum 1 year of PT experience, home health experience preferred
+ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
+ Active North Carolina PT license (NC Board of Physical Therapy Examiners)
