Physical Security Systems Engineer

This is a remote position. Were looking for a Physical Security Systems Engineer to support modernization projects at nuclear and power generation facilities. This role focuses on upgrading legacy security infrastructure and delivering fully integrated digital systems that operators can use with confidence. Youll work at the intersection of security hardware, controls integration, and plant computer systems in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement upgrades for intrusion detection and surveillance systems, including cameras, radar, lidar, microwave sensors, and related devices. Re-zone and optimize existing security layouts to reduce system complexity while improving coverage and performance. Integrate upgraded security systems into plant control environments, ensuring compatibility with power supplies, switches, and operator interfaces.
