**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
**As a Physiatrist with us, you will receive:**
+ $316,313 guaranteed base salary
+ $31,631 sign-on bonus
+ $15,000 relocation assistance
+ $30,000 student loan repayment

**Additional Physiatrist position details:**
+ Must be able to perform spinal injections
+ 36 patient hours per week
