SUMMARY

The Phone Support Technician II is responsible for delivering immediate, phone-based troubleshooting support to nonprofit clients while assisting with user provisioning and workstation deployments. This role requires strong Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inbound support calls
  • Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 issues
  • Provision and deprovision users
  • Configure endpoints
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Meet SLA and KPI standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 3+ years MSP experience
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration
  • Google Workspace admin experience
  • Windows & macOS troubleshooting
  • Exceptional client communication skills
