About the Role

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking a confident and customer-focused Phone Support & Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound phone interactions. This role combines customer support with phone-based sales and requires someone who can confidently educate customers, overcome objections, and close purchases.

You will be a key point of contact for customers who prefer to speak with a real person before buying and will directly contribute to revenue through abandoned checkout recovery and phone-based sales.

What We Offer:

• Location/Schedule: Remote - U.S. Time Zone

• 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific or Central Time, depending on the assigned shift

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Compensation: 500 USD per month
• 20 days paid annual leave and 10 days paid sick leave
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to close rate and revenue generated
