Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  • Identify issues, provide cost-effective solutions, and ensure high-quality repairs to meet customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in phone repair or electronics troubleshooting preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in repairing iOS and Android devices.
    • Familiarity with diagnostic software and repair tools.
    • Basic soldering and micro-soldering skills are a plus.
