Safety Supervisor (Data Center / Commercial Construction)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
Schedule: 50–60 hours/week (Mon–Fri / Mon–Sat rotations, 10-hour shifts)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to support large-scale data center and commercial construction projects in the Phoenix area. This role is responsible for enforcing safety standards, ensuring OSHA compliance, and promoting a strong culture of workplace safety across job sites.
Key Responsibilities
+ Monitor job sites to ensure all personnel follow safe work practices and OSHA regulations
+ Conduct regular site inspections to identify and correct potential hazards
+ Lead and coordinate OSHA audits and evaluations
