Phlebotomy Training Manager to lead our training program for aspiring and current phlebotomists. We're looking for an experienced registered medical technologist or registered nurse with a passion for mentoring and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a comprehensive, DOH-aligned training curriculum
• Lead classroom, simulation, and on-the-job coaching sessions
• Oversee certification, assessments, and deployment readiness
• Collaborate with HR & Ops to build a strong clinical talent pipeline
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety, ethics, and clinical standards
