Your ability to provide excellent customer service will be essential as you handle insurance, billing, and inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients as they arrive at the lab and explain procedures clearly.
  • Perform blood draws using straight or butterfly needles.
  • Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens per test order requirements.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy by matching requisition forms to specimen tubes.
