Aalto University invites applications for a Doctoral Researcher in Digital Integrated Circuits within the Tiny Systems and Circuits group at the Department of Electronics and Nanoengineering. You will design energy-efficient digital in-memory computing circuits, taking them from RTL to a fabricated chip and PCB that you measure in our labs.

Your work includes verification from simulation and FPGA to chip measurement, publishing results at international venues, and completing your doctoral thesis
