The position of PhD student in our Biosystems Engineering group is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to advancing the state of the art in computational methods for complex human model systems and drug discovery. You will lead and conduct research projects developing machine learning methods to address important challenges in organoid engineering and drug discovery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• You are proficient in Python, familiar with modern ML frameworks such as JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and knowledgeable in software engineering tools like GitHub/GitLab.
