Job Description

University of Agder invites applications for a PhD Research Fellow in linguistics to work on the CatS project at Campus Kristiansand. The fixed-term three-year position begins 1 January 2027 and focuses on category shifts and the structure of linguistic categories across multiple languages.

The fellow will collect and analyze data in Norwegian, Spanish, Polish, or classifier languages, publish research, and collaborate with a junior researcher.
