The position supports safe and efficient medication dispensing by managing inventory, labeling and assembling prescriptions, and adhering to all applicable regulations and internal quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare prescription orders by verifying prescription information and pulling the appropriate medications from inventory.
+ Apply labels to medication packaging, scan prescriptions, and assemble completed orders into the correct bins in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Communicate inventory needs proactively to help ensure an adequate supply of medications is available to complete all orders.
