Brayford Medical Practice is a well-established, supportive city practice with a stable team and a patient list of approximately 10,800. We are seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join us on a permanent basis , with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours .

This is a key role within the practice, focused on safe, efficient medicines management and supporting both clinicians and patients.

The role

• Medicines reconciliation following hospital discharge and clinic letters
• Processing repeat prescriptions and resolving medication queries
• Supporting medication safety, audits, and quality improvement work
• Liaising with community pharmacies, care homes, and secondary care
