Job duration: 6 Months Job Summary: We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Seattle, WA. This is an onsite role where you will support pharmacy operations, answer incoming calls, assist members and healthcare providers, and maintain accurate records. The role mainly focuses on production, with opportunities to learn patient outreach, intake, shipping, and prior authorization. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from members, providers, and patients professionally. Assist with the prior authorization process and transfer clinical questions to the pharmacist. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Support pharmacy production and daily operations. Provide excellent customer service over phone and email.
