Pharmacy Programs Senior Manager

Overview

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services, the Senior Manager, Pharmacy Programs is responsible for building and implementing pharmacy programs and initiatives that enable our pharmacy teams to improve patient health outcomes, patient experience, patient loyalty, and foster pharmacy relationships within communities to drive organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure pharmacy programs are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for program growth, improvement, and innovation
• Conduct regular evaluations of existing pharmacy programs, effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
