Position Summary

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for all day‑to‑day activities affecting the people, operations, and merchandise in their division. The role ensures the Pharmacy operates according to Walmart policy, professional standards, and provincial and federal regulations.

What you’ll do

Lead the Pharmacy and OTC teams, including recruitment, interviewing, and training associates on OBWs/SOPs and Walmart workflow. Motivate and retain team members and promote Walmart’s brand to team members and customers.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the Prof Services District Manager, Store Management team, and Store Manager.

Operate the Pharmacy to achieve established plans and budgets, manage effective scheduling, conduct performance reviews, and develop business action plans.
