Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Manager reports to the Store Owner and is responsible for

• Ensuring that the pharmacy and all pharmacy staff operate under the legal requirements as defined by the provincial regulatory body, including pharmacy practice and operational policies and procedures, training, quality assurance, risk management, and certain business administration functions.
• Providing a safe and productive work environment that delivers appropriate patient care and customer service.
• Understanding, supporting, and managing the roles of other pharmacy team members.
