This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for receiving, preparing and delivering prescriptions accurately and timely. It includes ensuring adequate inventory levels, counseling patients with proper documentation, providing friendly, positive and proactive interaction with all internal and external customers, creating awareness and education through public relations, supervising staff, and driving the financial and operational success of the department.
