Position Summary

Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, this position oversees the daily activities of the medication use process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood. Performs the duties of a graduate intern or pharmacy intern as defined in the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy Administrative Code R4-23-402, and by Phoenix Children`s Pharmacy department. This position reports to the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager and receives supervision from Clinical Staff Pharmacists and the Lead Pharmacist.

Education

  • Current licensure as a Pharmacy Intern or Graduate Intern with Arizona State Board of Pharmacy (Required)
  • Experience
  • Near completion of all experiential training programs required for Intern licensure as defined in R4-23-301, A. through E. of the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy Administrative Code. (Required)
